About Us

Paula and Herve Tabourel came to Perth nearly a decade ago and brought with them the usual French flair that is always associated with French restaurants. After succesfully running Cafe Tabou for a number of years, they then branched out with Cafe Breizh which since being opened is always a favourite destination for all ages and  tastebuds.

In July 2009 they decided to extend their influence on Perth's culinary scene with the succesful opening of Sante Wine Bar and Restaurant.The venue brings a much needed sophisticated approach to the experience of going out in Perth, whether it be for drinking or dining. 

Thanks to Julien Mouly and Jack Marshs' experience and enthusiasm Sante has enjoyed great succes since opening.
